I have looked at this on Thingiverse (I saw a few But not the good one And so .........)
I have draw the belt tensioner myself in tinkercad.
The Threaded rod where the tensioner is hooked on is M10.
Next to each other two bearings 608Z are needed with 2 Washers the hole is 8MM / M8.

For tension you can choose or, 1 screw, or 2 screws M3 X 20
