These are 6 washers, the hole 8 MM, and outer diameter 28MM.
I actually made them for the Y-axis belt tensioner!
But when it comes to you, it's good for me too
PAY ATTENTION!
The middle two are 1MM thick and the left two are 0.5MM and the right two 0.75MM.
And Maybe the washers should be Drilled out To 8MM. (no big deal I think?)
