Harbor Freight Roller Stand (Model 95621) Leg Fix

If you're unlucky enough to have purchased one of these "Roller Stand With Two-Leg Support" Model 95621 stands from Harbor Freight, well, you probably wondered who could be blamed for the awful, just absolutely awful - and highly unsafe - bottom leg joint. The cylindrical bolt appears to have been made to fit through the two holes in the leg sides, but there's nothing whatsoever to prevent the vertical leg from sliding on the horizontal foot-tube and causing one side of the cylinder to pull d
