Lamp stem assistant

My child doesn't have the strength in her fingers to turn the stem in her desk lamp. Dad to the rescue: increase the moment arm for so the necessary torque can be generated. This fits over the rotary lamp stem and is a friction fit (luckily her lamp has as knurled stem).
