Fence clamp for solar light

This is for the 120mm diameter solar lights from Wal Mart and Home Depot. It is designed for the ones that have a 23mm inside diameter tube that goes into the ground. I designed this so I could clamp the lights to a 42.5mm diameter fence post and not have to deal with weed eating around them.
