Phased Plasma Rifle in the 40 Watt Range (Terminator)

Edit 6/12/17. I was informed by Jace that this rifle is too big. It's at 1050 mm but it should be 635 mm. If the rifle is printed at 60.5% it will be at the correct scale.

I made this Plasma Rifle for my Thingiverse buddy Jace. His T-800 Terminator needed an appropriate weapon.
