This is a spool holder which is a complete rip from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1075644 but adjusted as I couldn't get a tight grip on the bearings.
Also a two piece M8 rod grip that doesn't use bolts and nuts, push the two parts together then slide over the rod and clip down, they will grip the M8 rod and can even be rotated up the thread.
