The Taller Last spinner cap

This is the same great "last Spinner Cap' by Zigian but now taller! The cap is 1mm thicker.

I needed to do this because it was a bit thin when printing top facing up, It was deforming when I was pulling the support off. Figured I'd post it for other's to use.

I included my g code should work with any i3 machine, sliced in S3D.
