Always felt these arms are missing the horizontal support especially with some heavy rolls therefore i designed this. I printed it with PETG and it is quite strong. I used the settings from Slic3r (prusa settings) at the lowest resolution 0.35 mm/layer, Extruder Temp - 240C, Bed Temp - 60C

I printed it vertically with supports enabled.
