This is a bag holder for a Oxelo Town 9 scooter (specifically B'TWIN 100 handlebar bag) after finding fitting to the handlebar of the scooter it obstructs the brake handle, and is uncomfortable resting on hands.
This allows the bag to sit slightly lower by slotting into the clamps which hold the grips horizontal in a collapsed state. Was very pleased with fit, and holds in place well thanks to the bar which runs across the back. This *may* fit other Oxelo scooters, but cannot confirm.
