small cable nameplate

I [re]started playing with electronics and microcontrollers and i noticed that i keep forgetting which wire is what signal. So i decided to do something about this...

Wire hole diameter is 1.5mm and its made for 0.12 and 0.22 mm squared ribbon cable wires i get from local electronics store. I added scad file for those of you who would need it for different cable.
