12 Volt Power Supply Cover - Remixed

Remixed version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40377 made by beekeeper.

Changes:
1. made cable guide open (so it's easier to install without need to remove existing cabling);
2. and adjusted side clip to match my power supply openings (from bottom-up, my side opening starts at 5,1mm).
