This is a remix of the upper part of the stand to be used together with:

For this stand you will need:
2x 3mm x 16mm screws
2x 3mm x 20-25mm screws
2x lock nuts
6x washers.

The lower part of the stand is modified for better surface contact (not shown on pictures)
