Here's a set of spinner blanks that I made to laser cut in 1/4" plywood with a 40W laser cutter. I used FreeCAD 0.16 to design and preview these with a cross section to make SVGs for the cutter.

You can 3d print these but you may need to adjust the bore size a bit for the 608 bearings. STL, SVG, and FreeCAD files included. Your results may vary.
