22LR Bullet Holder

I finally got around to adding custom lids for [Remington Thunderbolt](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3210467) bullets and 4 CCI bullets ( [Mini-Mag HP, Mini-Mag HV, Quiet-22 and Standard Velocity](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3221264)), [Winchester](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5420545) and [Aguila](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5420659)

Okay, I added the SolidWorks files for anyone who wants to edit them. I removed the boxes with the text because I didn't think they looked good. I figure I'll just add text to the lids and then I can swap them out whenever I change the type of bullet in them.

Also, I added a [22WMR Bullet Holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2299228) that is designed basically the same, but scaled up a bit where it was needed to accommodate the larger round.
