Metric Neurobot

This is a remix from great design of Nikolay Grigoryev :) I liked his design very much, i've made one for science fest here in Krasnoyarsk, and it did great :)

The changes i made are:
* The knobs are designed to use metric M6 bolts and nuts
* The use of dc geared motors is supposed (like JGB37) (and so the holders are added)
* The holder for web-camera is added
* The holders for HC-SR04 ultrasonic distance sensors are added

This bot was controlled by Raspberry Pi 3 with Arduino Uno onb
