Hario V60 coffee dripper filter and scale holder

A simple Hario V60 multi-filter (I sized it against the v1 but added the second segment for holding v2 filters, too) and scale holder. Fits most small coffee scales and both Hario V60 filter sizes. Fairly simple design/print, but I'm including the .scad if anyone wants to give it a remix.

Updated to widen walls to allow faster printing via lower infill levels (3mm walls were causing infill to occur at 100% on some printers)
