afinibot straight lcd mount

I had already printed the angled lcd mount but wanted to use a side mount filament cooler and needed the extra room.. so instead of re-printing the entire mount I made just the ends to adapt the original to this one..

I will eventually put a screw in there but a ziptie was quicker..
