Yet Another Fidget Spinner

Playing with OnShape, decided to make a spinner (so hot right now). Uses standard 608 skate board bearings.

Updated with a 24-sided polygon bearing seat, to give PLA a little room to stress. The "kidget" spinner needs it, smaller walls don't handle bearing stress so well.

The "Kidget" is a ~ minimal-sized model, for smaller hands.
