The magic user had arrived to see the huge goblin. It was now or never, so he sent out his moon beam and the radiant energy staggered the monster. The circular token is of two inch diameter size marking a moon beam type attack. It marks where the moon beam is placed by the magic user. Received a request to do a square inch by square inch and added a 2x2 size as well. Hopefully this meets everyone's interpretation of the rules or allows it to be representative of more than one spell.
