It's a lens cap. The only thing keeping it in place will be friction - so how well it works will depend in part on the material you use (I used ABS), print settings, and other factors. The hole in the cap is there to work around a slicer bug, but might also be useful to avoid a stuck cap due to air pressure changes, and to provide a way to keep the lens cap from getting lost via a lanyard.
