cable tie hex nut pipe clamp

*this is not tested yet - use/experiment at own risk, the universe might implode if you do so*

Intended usage:
1. fill in parameters in open scad file
2. print with flexible filament (e.g. ABS)
3. put hex nut in hole
4. mount this thing with cable tie on pipe
5. use screw with fitting length to mount whatever you want to a pipe by this thing

Might be useful if pipe diameter is not completely known in advance. "tape" can be cut down by scissors or cutter to fit pipe diameter.
