Tevo Tarantula Single Motor Dual Z Axis

I think the most simple design of single motor dual axis mod. Cause I am using aluminium part, I have got free acryle Z motor mount and nut holder. If you have it part list is gently short(?):

Some M4 hammer nuts and screws for mount to profile and M3 screws and nuts for mount bearing base to motor mount
