This is a camera mount for the Prusa MK2/MK2S. The camera mount attaches to the left X motor and will move vertically with your print head, so that you can always see what it is printing regardless of height.
You can orientate the camera lens either closer to the X motor or further away. Making it closer to the motor means a better horizontal view but you'll need to flip the camera output so it isn't upside down.
