iphone or iPad simple loose cable clamp

I made this for my iPad to mount the cable loosely under a cabinet, the other end of the cable is weighted and this way I can pull on the cable and plug in the iPad then when I unhook it, the cable retracts to just under the cabinet.

Also the cable I use is one Amazon branded and it's a bit thicker than the stock cable so with a stock cable this will be really loose.
