Nintendo Switch USB3 Weighted Adaptor

Updated! The holes are now large enough for M6 nuts/bolt. I also made the hole for the USB3 plug larger so that it seats without putting lateral pressure on the plug. I didn't want to be responsible for long-term damage to the dock. :)

I used 3 M6 nuts and one short M6 bolt on each side, it seems to be just enough to prevent accidental dislodging. The pictures show the widget with the bolts inserted.
