I've used the original design by XADJ (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2096175) and adjusted it to my needs. Thanks to the original designer.

All you need is two M4x15 or longer bolt / nut sets.

- Adjusted the spacing between the wheel holes so a tighter mount is possible
- Increased the size for the M4 bolt / nut sets to mount the E3D
- Added more convenient space to place the nuts for the E3D mounting
- Added two small slits to use a tie wrap to gather the cables coming from the ho
