I've included a wiring diagram, and all required files to print this setup. Controller panel hangers should be glued/epoxied to the frame in proper position.

I printed the LED holder with support, then used a thin piece of double sided tape to attach to printrr.

Make sure you shave/clean up the control panel hangers before gluing, they can be too tight and break.
