Stabilized Gimbal top plate

This fits most standard gimbals with 64mm center-to-center rubber mounts. I was experiencing too much horizontal and swinging movement of my camera while flying. The addition of the partial tubes around the rubber mounts solves this problem, and the fact that the tubes do not normally contact the rubber vibration dampers allows for effective damping of small vibrations.
