fidget spinner thingy

so these things seem to be populair now...
i made this to help me learn Onshape, because apparently you can't download 123D design anymore. i wish autodesk had told me so i could save it when re-installing my OS and upgrading to win10.
oh well, i was going to learn something new sooner or later anyway.
