After inserting several tens of bearings with your thumb, it really starts to hurt! This press will relieve that pain using a standard 2" 5/16 bolt and nut. The bolt's hex head locks on the bottom part, and the nut is captive on the top.

Just slide your spinner, then the bearing, and twist to insert effortlessly. Even printing at .3 layer height and with low infill, the parts are really sturdy and get the job done quickly.
