These are two plates that you can cable tie through the peak of an old cap and secure with cable ties. The provide a much more stable platform and a far better surface for the sticky under the GoPro style mounts to stick to.

The peak on this old cap kept curling away from the mount making it shake during filming, the new mount id far more stable..
