Bicycle Gear Hub SRAM Repair

This is a small plastic thingy, used in internal gear hubs. Namely they are used in the SRAM series. The nose breaks easily and the gears will not shift anymore without it. Replacements are highly overpriced, so I decided reverse-engineer it.

The part is kind of hard to print, it you dont have any excess to an SLA oder SLS printer. I was unable to print it with my cheap reprap. Please share the results, if you suceed.
