Prusa MultiMaterial Tension Gauge

A simple gauge to help the set the tension on the Prusa i3 MK2 MM extruders. They are not particularly easy to reach with a set of calibers and need to be between 4 and 5mm for the proper tension. This little gauge is set of 4, 4.25, 4.5, 4.75 and 5 mm to help easily set the tension without a set of calibers. Use the variable layer height option in Slic3r between 4.2 and 4.8mm to set the layer height to .05mm and it will be pretty accurate when done. Printing the whole thing at .2mm works pretty
