RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller RMX Box

This is my modification of the top part of the box.

Have been made these changes:
* screws recessed
* reset button is now part of the upper piece
* enlarged hole for control knob (rotary encoder)

and
* small cosmetic modification of holders

The total number of the printed parts was reduced to 4.
