Nerf Modulus Flared Magwell

A basic flared magwell for the Modulus that simply clips into place, taking advantage of the recesses on the sides of the magwell. Nothing much, but it works great.

Update: The -a files have a cutout to allow for 18 stick mags and extended mag releases.
