Threaded bar plugs for Anet A8

Should stop the noise of the bar hitting the plastic and reduce wobble. I did not want this to be a tight fit. I've left 0.05 mm of space around the internal wall to add double sided tape.

Update: added a longer version that may be useful if the threaded bar is at a lower position. Beware that it should not happen if you assembled your printer correctly.
