My vintage Compaq Portable was missing a drive lever. I threw together a pretty accurate replica of the real thing. It definitely works with the Compaq drives. Could very well work on several other 5.25" drives also.
It also requires a small 4mm x 18mm piece of thin steel inserted into the slot, to lock into the shaft on the drive.

I printed it hole side down, with supports under the entire thing.
