All in title.
The belt tensioner allowed me to get a perfectly perpendicular X and Y axis.
It uses 2 M3x25mm or longer screws and 2 M3 nyloc nuts.
2 versions : one that uses excentric nuts for the wheels, the other not.

I recommend to print tensionners at a height layer resolution (i.e 0.1mm)
