Well, I think this design is a bust.
The printer works fine enough, but I don't really think there is a noticeable difference - axial fans probably just don't have enough power to move air that much around. (Not to forget the tiny holes where the parts connect.)
THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL!
Meaning, I just about finished printing the last part (again, after several attempts to get everything right) and am now screwing it to the printer and looking at it printing something very simple.
