This part broke and I was able to redesign a sturdier version. I have since printed an extra and used it extensively, so it seems to work as well as the original.

Infill is probably not critical, but I would think the sturdier and more rigid the part, the better. I did widen the holes with a drill bit in order to mount it.

Hopefully this helps someone else in the same predicament I was in.
