Terraforming Mars Laser Cut Player Mat

Player Mat for Terraforming Mars for Laser Cutter based on [this excellent one](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2261369). I rounded the corners, aligned all the cutouts (a few of them were ever so slightly misaligned), and removed the central text and long cut-out to make them a bit more sleek and to my liking.
