Telescope Dovetail clamp (Vixen type)

This is a standard dovetail clamp (Vixen type) I made to adapt a 80mm refractor telescope into a cheap ALT-AZ mount. Despite the mount isn't rigid at all, the connection done by this clamp is pretty sturdy. I recommend to print it at 100% infill as I did. As you can notice looking at the models, I made several pass through holes perpendicularly to the layers of the 3D print in order to transfer the stresses during operation to the threaded rods, thus lowering the load applied in the printed part
