I haven't printed this yet, but will resize holes if needed.

The switch holes are 5mm diameter with a 1mm thick bottom layer that has a 1mm hole in the center to help drill out the holes in the proper locations. The 4 screw holes are tapered to use self drilling wood to metal screws.
