One pretty extreme softmount. 2mm under motor and 2mm under arm.
I used 10mm aluminium screws: 4mm(soft mount)+4mm(arm)+2mm(motor base).

This mount is pretty generic with 16+19mm spacing and will work on many quads, but was primaliy designed for my tokio x..
