Customizable Dust Port Adapter

I took the dust port adapter design I created for my miter saw and turned it into a customizable dust port adapter. I populated the file with the sizes of the dust port for some of the tools I have. If you have one of these you can just select from the tools dropdown in Customizer. If not you can enter in the dust port diameter and an adapter will be generated for you.
