Customizable two-rod wall mount

I needed to fasten my tomato trellises to the wall, but they didn't come with any kind of mount. So I made this.

The "width" parameter is the distance between the middles of the rods, not the final width. Also, there is no sanity check for weird parameter settings.

Prints easily.
