Yet Another Round Box

"Yet Another" Round Box because I've seen (and written!) so many rounded box scripts, but I like Pecollado's use of offset() to round the corners:

This is a simplified remix that makes a module to remove code duplication and formats it how I like it, plus allows for larger borders without overlapping the parts.
