This is a rotating axis joint I designed for a Texas star clay target (for 5 clay). It's designed to utilize 2 22mm skateboard bearings. The wood sticks can be found at home depot (or any other hardware store) and measure roughly 14mm X 17.5mm. The clay holders can be found at this link https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2369862. This was printed on a Maker Select v2 @ 215°c with 1.2mm walls and top/bottom.
