I found that other toothpaste dispensers on Thingiverse required assembly or were a bit clunky in their design, especially around the part where you turn the cylinder in the middle and various locking mechanisms. Others didn't even squeeze the toothpaste because the squeeze cavity was too big...
This model is a no fuss, print in place design. As you turn the middle cylinder it will ratchet on one end preventing unwinding.
